The Impact of Pathways
Pathways emerged from a demonstrated need, articulated by employers, for skill-building related to creating inclusive and equitable workplaces. We started as a community coalition, led by business leaders, community advocates and diversity, equity & inclusion educators.
We now serve the business community as a nonprofit focused on equipping employers with the mindset and skill set to advance inclusion, equity and belonging in organizations.
